The website called “www.ridnetwork.com” (the Site) including all its sub-domains and directories (such as news.ridnetwork.com or www.ridnetwork.com/blog) is managed exclusively by B.I.T. – Business Intelligence Technology by Giuseppe Signato, C.F. SGNGPP73E29F952U and VAT number 02749900037 with registered office in via Spreafico, 43, INT.93 28100 Novara (NO), hereinafter simply referred to as BIT or ridnetwork.com.

The website ridnetwork.com offers its users two distinct categories of products and services:

for economic operators belonging to any sector (b2b) and with a VAT number, the website ridnetwork.com offers functionality for the purchase of digital services and reviews, with the integration of a search engine.

For private users, the site offers the possibility of consulting articles and short guides, also in multimedia format.

The website ridnetwork.com offers all users a free account with no time limits:

User registration is encouraged on the ridnetwork.com website. It allows you to take advantage of some additional services such as the receipt of newsletters and notifications, the creation of a user profile (as happens in the case of social networks), the possibility of making purchases or reservations on the site, of inserting comments and reviews on pages or articles where this is permitted.

These general conditions of use of the Site (the “General Conditions of Use”), together with the privacy policy (Privacy Policy) and other notes and conditions published on the Site, govern access to and use of the Site both for operated by both the Customer and the User and constitute a binding agreement between BIT and the User.

A User is anyone who uses the Site to make a purchase or to use the contents published on the website. A Registered User is defined as someone who voluntarily decides to create a profile, post comments or book a service.

From now on, the term User will be used to identify both the customer and the individual who consults the Site.

Access to the Site entails acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use, the privacy policy and other notes and conditions published on the Site – or which are referred to in the Conditions of Use – and their subsequent modifications and/or updates. For this reason, the User is asked to read the aforementioned documents carefully before accessing the Site and/or consulting its contents regularly.

Furthermore, when the User uses specific services of ridnetwork.com the particular conditions in force for those specific services may also apply, in addition to these Terms of Use.

BIT reserves the right to modify and/or update in whole or in part the Conditions of Use and/or the other conditions governing the User’s access to the Site at any time by publishing new terms or conditions. Subsequent use of the Site by the User will constitute acceptance of the conditions present on the Site as modified and updated. If the User does not agree with any of the terms and conditions on the Site, the only possible remedy will be to immediately stop using the Site.

The information present in some sections of the Site or within the “blog” and “magazine” cannot under any circumstances be considered as a substitute for professional legal and/or financial opinions even when said or other matters are covered in the articles by experts or regularly licensed professionals.

The User will be exclusively responsible for the use they make of the Site. BIT is solely responsible for the correct maintenance of the Site and although it undertakes to monitor the Users, it cannot offer any explicit guarantee regarding the accuracy, truthfulness, lawfulness, quality or reliability of the information contained in the Site and the results obtained through access and use of the Site. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the User also assumes all responsibility for any damage that may arise to his computer system as a result of his access to and use of the Site.

BIT, its owners, managers, employees and agents decline all responsibility for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, caused to any recipient who has relied on any content on the Site.

Definitions

Ridnetwork.com: means B.I.T. – Business Intelligence Technology by Giuseppe Signato, C.F. SGNGPP73E29F952U and VAT number 02749900037 with registered office in via Spreafico, 43, INT.93 28100 Novara (NO)

Agreement: means these General Conditions of Use, acceptance of the privacy policy and any other note or condition published on the Site or which are referred to in the General Conditions of Use and their subsequent modifications, additions and/or updates.

Contributions: indicates information, articles, images of products posted for sale, including data, text, video, photographs, still images, audio or other material that ridnetwork.com has permitted you to upload, post, hosted, shared or stored on the Site in accordance with the Agreement.

Other User Contributions: means information, including data, text, video, photographs, still images, audio or other material that ridnetwork.com has provided to users other than Users that is published, hosted, shared, stored or uploaded to the Site in accordance with the Agreement.

Site: means the website www.ridnetwork.com and any sub-domains or sub-folders that contain the extension or prefix ridnetwork.com in the internet address.

User: means both the professional user who accesses the Site to make a purchase and the one who simply consults the contents published on ridnetwork.com.

Limitations on use of the Site

When accessing or using the Site, the User undertakes not to:

a) use automatic devices, software or other systems aimed at damaging the Site, cataloging the Site or any information contained therein;
b) use automatic devices, software or other systems aimed at interfering or attempting to interfere with the functionality and services of the Site;
c) carry out any action that causes an overload of data or transfer of large amounts of data within the system of ridnetwork.com and considered by the latter, in its sole discretion, as contrary to a reasonable and correct use of the Site and to its purposes;
d) use the Contents of the Site or carry out framing activities on the Site also for the purpose of creating or compiling databases or other collections of information or carrying out competitive activities of any kind with ridnetwork.com;
e) upload, publish or otherwise disseminate material that is illicit, vulgar, obscene, libelous, pornographic, defamatory, offensive to morals, good customs and public order or in any case harmful to the rights of others or disseminate messages inciting hatred and discrimination against any genre;
f) use the Site or any content of the Site in any way that may be considered, at the sole discretion of ridnetwork.com, unreasonable and/or contrary to the purposes for which it was made available;
g) violate the rights of any person, including copyright, industrial and commercial secret, right to privacy or any other intellectual property right or other reserved right;
h) falsify one’s identity or carry out acts aimed at obtaining money, passwords or personal information;
i) violate the Agreement or other conditions set forth by ridnetwork.com;
l) violate any applicable regulatory provision;
m) upload or attempt to upload viruses, worms, codes, files or other elements that may cause damage to the Site, the software, hardware and other telecommunications tools of BIT or third parties.

BIT reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate in order to prevent any unauthorized access or use of the Site, including, without limitation, the creation of technological barriers, the communication of the User’s conduct to the competent authorities or the revocation of access to the Site, even without notice, if the aforementioned provisions have been violated.

Intellectual property

The contents published or accessible through the Site are protected by copyright and industrial property laws. BIT is the owner – or has the right to use – the Site, the pages of the Site, the information or elements contained in the texts, documents, photographs, drawings, graphics, software, logos, trademarks, trade names or other signs protected by rights of intellectual or industrial property.

Except with prior authorization from ridnetwork.com, the User may not reproduce, modify, decode, distribute, copy and disclose the information or elements indicated above.

Third-party links and advertisements

The Site may contain advertising messages, hyperlinks and references to third party sites. Such sites operated by third parties are not the property of BIT and are not under the control and responsibility of BIT. When the User connects to and browses these sites, the User acknowledges that he or she is leaving the Site at his or her own risk. The advertising shown on the Site does not imply any endorsement or recommendation thereof by BIT.

Contributions

BIT may allow Third Parties or Selected Users to insert Contributions on the Site, according to any particular terms and conditions published on the Site. The Third Party and the Selected User are solely responsible and accept any and all responsibility for all Contributions from they inserted on the Site.

BIT declines any responsibility regarding the above Contributions. The User acknowledges that ridnetwork.com does not carry out any checks on Third Party Contributions, assumes no responsibility in relation to them and does not implicitly or explicitly approve their contents.

BIT may at any time, without any liability towards the User, at its sole discretion and without notice, remove, modify the Contributions and/or disable access to any User Contribution. Without prejudice to the foregoing, BIT may remove, modify or disable access to any Third Party and User Contributions if:

a) such Contribution violates applicable laws or regulatory provisions;
b) such Contribution infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties;
c) this is requested by the judicial or other competent authority;
d) such Contribution is: misleading, false and/or incorrect; inadequate with respect to the purposes of the Site; may constitute a crime; obscene; defamatory; illegal; altered by the presence of a virus or other elements harmful to the Site, Users and Contributions.

The User retains ownership of all rights to their Contributions, however ridnetwork.com is not obligated to treat the User’s Contributions as confidential information.

The User grants to ridnetwork.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, assignable and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, display, publicly reproduce the User Contributions.

In relation to the Contributions and the Site, the User declares and therefore grants license to ridnetwork.com:

a) the user own and control all rights to his Contributions;
b) the User is entitled to authorize BIT to publish his Contributions on the Site and to grant the above-mentioned license to ridnetwork.com.

With reference to the User’s rights in the Contributions, the User declares and undertakes to:

b) indemnify and hold harmless BIT, its subsidiaries and affiliates, their respective directors, partners, representatives, employees and agents from any and all losses, liabilities, claims or demands (including reasonable legal fees) including those of third parties, relating to and/or or arising from User Contributions, User’s use of the Site and User’s breach of the Agreement and applicable law.

Third Party Contents

The Site includes content provided to ridnetwork.com by third parties (“Third Party Content”). BIT does not carry out any checks on Third Party Content. BIT is not responsible for, does not endorse, and makes no express or implied representations regarding Third Party Content. The User who relies on Third Party Content does so at his own risk and under his own responsibility.

User guarantees

The User declares and guarantees that:

a) the information provided by the same upon registration is correct, truthful and precise;
b) if any of the aforementioned information changes, the User will immediately communicate them in writing to ridnetwork.com (please click here to obtain the contact information);
c) the use of the Site by the User will always comply with the provisions of the Contract and with any instructions published from time to time on the Site;
d) will keep at all times and in a secure and confidential manner the username and password through which you access the Site;
e) will be responsible for any illegitimate use of his own username and password and that of third parties of which he has become aware;
f) is entitled to use and authorize ridnetwork.com to display any Posted Contributions by virtue of all necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions;
g) will not provide Contributions that: violate the intellectual property rights of any third party, and therefore the User declares to have paid or agreed to pay all royalties, fees or other considerations due in relation to any Contribution placed on the Site; are deceptive or false; are substantially incorrect; may constitute a crime; directly or indirectly involve advertising or marketing of any product or service; are obscene, include pornographic, racist and morally offensive materials; are defamatory; are otherwise illegal or encourage illegal conduct; are otherwise inadequate with respect to the purposes of the Site.

Indemnity

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BIT, its subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective directors, partners, representatives, agents and employees from any and all losses, liabilities, claims or demands (including reasonable legal fees) even of third parties arising from or relating to the User’s use and access to the Site or the Contributions that do not comply with the Contract, and with any applicable regulatory provisions.

Discipline of Links to the Site

Hypertext links improve the User’s navigation because they allow easy access to other information or third-party sites. For this reason, ridnetwork.com appreciates the use of hyperlinks on the site.

In any case, where certain hyperlinks appear on the Site, please note that ridnetwork.com:

a) indicates the original source of the hyperlink if the latter refers to third-party content;
b) does not claim any ownership or rights in relation to content belonging to third parties.

BIT therefore invites the User to observe similar behavior in the case of links connected to its Contents.

The User is therefore requested to:

Link directly to the Content. We favor direct hyperlinks.
Comply with copyright, intellectual property and other applicable laws.
Please use the title or heading of the Content you link to, as long as you remain linked directly to that Content.

Please do not:

Link to content on ridnetwork.com as if it were a link to your own Content or Third Party Content (for example, use your logo to indicate a link to content on ridnetwork.com).
Bring a link back to the website and then connect it to other sites.
Framing the Site in such a way as to present it as if it were your own or that of any other entity other than ridnetwork.com.

Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BIT BE HELD LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, ECONOMIC OR NON-ECONOMIC DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF CUSTOMERS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROFIT, DAMAGE TO IMAGE, LOSS OF CHANCES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF ADVANCE EXPENSES AND PROFITS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ACCESS OR TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR YOUR BREACH OF AGREEMENT AND/OR ANY OTHER PROVISIONS OF APPLICABLE LAW.

Applicable law and competent court

The Agreement and the User’s access to and use of the Site are subject to Italian law. In the event of a dispute relating to or deriving from the Contract and from the access and use of the Site by the User, the court determined or determinable by the laws in force will be competent.
